We value the success of each student and are dedicated to providing the best Driver's Education Program at the most affordable cost. While most students complete the course within the standard time, we understand that some may need additional support. To ensure a smooth learning journey, please review the following rules and general information below.
Respect: Students are expected to show respect to their instructor and peers. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in dismissal from the school.
Successful Completion: To receive a pink copy of the Student Record and Completion form, students must pass all knowledge tests and demonstrate safe driving skills during the Behind-The-Wheel evaluations.
Behavioral Expectations: Students should maintain appropriate behavior throughout the course. Inappropriate conduct may lead to counseling or removal from the program.
Course Completion Time: The Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) requires the entire course to be completed in 16 weeks, but at AAP Driving School, you have six months to finish. Failing to do so will require restarting the entire Driver’s Education Program."
Registration: A minimum of 5 students is required to start a class. Walk-in registrations are allowed if seats are available on the first day.
Refund Policy: Withdrawals from the course before the start date receive a full refund. After the start date, refunds are based on completed hours of instruction.
Balance: All fees must be paid within 15 days of the course start date to avoid late fees.
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Classroom hours are available on weekends.
Class Information: Students begin on "Day One" and progress through "Day Ten" to complete the 30-hour classroom portion. Driving hours can be completed during or after the classroom sessions.
Make-Up Classes: Up to two (2) classes can be made up. More than two will require restarting the program.
Classroom Books: Textbooks must be returned in good condition; failure to do so incurs a reimbursement fee.
Behind-The-Wheel Cancellation: Notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Learner’s Permit: Students without a Learner’s Permit can attend theory classes but need one to schedule Behind-The-Wheel sessions.
Tardiness: Please arrive on time; lateness affects credit for the day.
Class Disruption: Repeated disruptions in the classroom may result in dismissal without credit.
Appointments: Driving appointments must be scheduled in person after all checks have cleared.
Vandalism: Vandalizing school property leads to expulsion without a refund.
Final Test: Final tests are only given to students who have completed all units.
Student Consent Clause: Students release AAP Driving School from liability for unforeseen injuries during the course.
Certificate: The Certificate of Completion will be submitted to MVA after successfully passing each course assignment and the Final Test.
